2 classes: early pregnancy to 25 weeks / 25 weeks to birth

Pregnancy is a time to maintain all the gains from the training you did before you became pregnant. Your new goal for this beautiful, and sometimes tiring, phase of life is to keep fit, strong, grow a strong baby and prepare for birth.

Programmes will be based on your current stage of pregnancy with adapted exercises that are suitable and safe for healthy pregnancies.

If you have particular health considerations, these will be assessed and the exercises adapted accordingly. This will have been discussed in the Initial Consultation.
