This programme sees an advancement from the Rehab and Relax classes.

It continues to heal your diastasis recti and builds fitness and strength through functional exercises. The real change is the addition of resistance work to build your strength back to your pre-pregnancy levels, whilst keeping your core safe with exercises that assist in healing abdominal separation.

All programs are adapted for the individual and their level of abdominal separation.
